This Privacy Policy explains how Blogly collects, uses, shares, and safeguards information when you use Service that repurposes long‑form content into LinkedIn and X posts using AI and voice profiles.

Information We Collect

Account information such as name and email, sign‑in identifiers, and session data; External Account connection data and tokens for LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Hashnode, Medium, and RSS; imported articles and metadata; drafts, edits, feedback, and schedule settings; Voice Profile samples, preferences, and optional audio transcripts; usage logs and device information such as IP address and browser type.

How We Use Information

To provide and improve the Service, including importing content, generating AI drafts, learning tonality from feedback, scheduling and publishing posts, troubleshooting, securing accounts, and communicating service updates. We may use aggregated and de‑identified information for analytics and product improvement.

Audio and Transcription

If you upload audio for transcription, we process the file to produce text and style metrics. We do not sell audio or transcripts. Audio is processed through third‑party AI services to deliver the transcription and may be retained only as necessary to provide the feature and ensure reliable operation.

Legal Bases

Where applicable, we rely on contract (to provide the Service), consent (for optional features such as audio), and legitimate interests (to secure, maintain, and improve the Service). You may withdraw consent for optional features at any time.

Sharing and Transfers

We share information with service providers and platforms necessary to operate the Service, including authentication, database, AI, and publishing partners. This may include Clerk, Supabase, Google Generative AI, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Hashnode, and Medium. We do not sell personal information. Data may be transferred internationally and protected through appropriate safeguards.

Data Retention

We retain information while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You can request deletion of certain data, subject to exceptions.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your information, and to object to or restrict processing.
